Depression is - generally - not something one can live with, without help, be it a friend, a counsellor, medication or all of the above. You are rarely completely 'free', which is why this blog is called "Not Yet Out of the Darkness".

This blog is by a woman who has lived with depression for years and has finally decided to share. Sometimes the posts might be helpful pointers or information, sometimes they might be frustrated, angry posts and sometimes it might just be a photo or a video that makes her happy or sad.
